Legal Basics for Game Developers is a presentation that will discuss and explain the most common legal pitfalls for those who make video games. Ross A. Hersemann and Suzanne Jackiw will explain copyrights, trademarks, the right of publicity, and basic contract principles as they apply to the game industry.
